In my brand communications capstone class, we have the opportunity to work and strategize for Vestiaire Collective. Our project thus far has consisted of analyzing the customer experience for their target consumers, and see how we can better engage them. We are also utilizing focus groups and surveys to see how and what parts of Gen Z can be more intrigued in luxury fashion, specifically second-hand pieces.
